Edgar Suarez Ocampo’s life
started when he got married to Cynthia Suarez Ocampo.
The couple moves to Manila and has a little drug business to support their
dire-needs. After a year of hardship, Edgar and Cynthia returned back to
Hilongos and started a business that lead to destroy the family business and properties
of Tote Suarez. The later then open a bicycle shop with the

Ironically,
Edgar
managed to deceive Rojing Villahermosa the father of the Hilongos mayor. He had
even duped Tote Suarez who never knew he’d been swindled, while having a
serious dispute with Mr Lando Gervacio (tel: (053) 255-7886/5616).
Suddenly,
Edgar then started embezzling funds and trick Tote (the father of Cynthia)
to use the house and lot for business in CV Alcuino until it was auctioned by
the bank of 800-thousand, the bank
foreclosed Tote’s home and lot because
of a glitch with the mortgage. Edgar and Cynthia’s scam had gone horribly wrong
...Tote was shock and suffering from a high blood pressure and amnesia.
Suddenly, Edgar
and Cynthia
decided to put mano Tote in a pension house, a shelter and a portion of land
donated by the government to Sweet Ocampo and converted it into a small hotel
where couples take a short time rest.
But Edgar
and Cynthia promise the Tote family to get everything from Rojing because the
judge is their relatives and they hired an attorney ‘de-kampanelya’ in Cebu.
More than that, Tote was accused by Dennis Ocampo
(brother of Edgar) of using their cars, motorbike etc. in an election campaign
that caused a severe pain of the Ocampo’s. The altercation witness by Boye
Tongzon, Eddie and Carlou during a street Ping-Pong tournament in Hilongos.
Tote was
suffering from high blood pressure that almost ends his life, Tote was airlifted
to Cebu. Fearful of the embarrassment such a disclosure would bring the Tote's
family into laughter, they chose not to disclose but family was all saddened.
Tote died in a Pension House, whispering to get back his house and lot in CV Alcuino. Praise the Lord!
Cynthia and Edgar Ocampo may have tricked or talk Tote
Suarez into joining their business and used their ancestral home in CV Alcuino,
often with promise to provide portion of lands to be shared with siblings and
the family. Sadly, the business went bankrupt and accused Rojing Villahermosa
of wrongdoing.
The bank of Maasin City, Leyte confiscated Edgar and
Cynthia’s properties that lead’s the sequestration of Totes residential house
and force them to stay in a small hotel inside the Kansurima Gardens that lead
to his death.
Tote Suarez and mana Eling may not even see that this is
a manipulation, but as their experience of having an unfilially and boastful hungry
daughter like Cynthia. They think it’s shameful to tell others and they don’t
know what can be done about it.

Edgar filed
a lawsuit against Rojing Villahermosa, claiming to get back the 2 to 3 million
pesos but the case dismiss for no evidence and Edgar’s lawyer was killed by
unknown assailant. Mysteriously, Edgar
then escapes to Singapore for unknown reason and start collecting garbage for
money and sent back home. But Singapore is not a hiding ground of drug lord’s,
foreign conman, fraudster, thieves etc. The Singapore government sent Edgar and
Cynthia Ocampo with their family back home, but later made their next escape
and move to United States. Edgar said that Atty. Sison receive a considerable
amount from Rojing. Edgar then spread-out unfounded allegation to destroy
Rojing’s image who Edgar said, rape Juliet Florez and having a child.

Edgar and Cynthia having the passion of name-dropping i.e.;that they were relatives of Judge Ephraim Abando, Gloria
Arroyo,Imelda Marcos, Matin Petilla and the Loreto family. However, Edgar and
Cynthia suspect that Matin Petilla were behind their Villahermosa dispute.
Edgar and
Cynthia alleged that when the Petilla needed them most, they support her
(matin) well. And during Matin’s stay in Hilongos at “Zenny’s Pension House and
Hotel,” all are free and everything were on the table. But during that time when
Edgar and Cynthia’s trouble against the Villahermosa, Matin abandon them,
Cynthia and Edgar cried.
Edgar also

waiting, …luckily the brother of Cynthia having a house in Cebu City while

Assassination
In August 21, 1983, Edgar Suarez Ocampo and Cynthia Suarez Ocampo
ordered the killing of Atty Richard William Sison.
At that day light Sison was driving his grey Toyota Hilux pickup, and
had stopped for a red light when two men on a blue motorcycle stopped behind
Sison’s pick-up while another red motorcycle stopped nearby and another man
casually walked up to him and fired away hitting Sison in the body, head and
neck. The two men in a blue motorcycle was shock and sped away in the direction
of McArthur Boulevard. The gun man walks back and takes his red motorbike.
The authorities are investigating the crime until it pinpointed an
innocent security guard and was sentence to life imprisonment. Lemuel Sumabong
a father of two was accused of killing atty Richard William Sison at M.J.
Cuenco Avenue near V. Sotto Streets in Cebu City. But the authorities cannot
establish the identity of the mastermind.
After ten years of the murder, a blog appeared that he was familiar
with the murder and the gun man was a former member of the 6th Marine Landing
Battalion base in Palawan and the mastermind was a certain Edgar and Cynthia
Ocampo who gone-out from the country and now settled in Washington USA.
The assailant knows that Sison is armed and dangerous, a sharp shooter
while the security guards have no such experience. Further Sison is a
commissioned reserve with the rank of major in the Judge Advocate General
Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and was a battalion commander of
the 1st Ready Reserve Battalion of the Army Reserve Command of the Philippine
Army. Further, the assailant knows that Sison is a gun lover and have owned two
45caliberpistol and one of these guns is from Edgar Ocampo.
Furthermore, the “hitman” is a member of the 6th Marine
Battalion Landing Team who acquire a 2 medal of valour for his bravery on the
ground. He was the first marines who enter and attack then neutralized the Camp
Abu-Bakr according to Marine General Sabban and Col Peloña. The marines is a
close relatives of Mayor Bentong Villahermosa’s wife.
Moreover, the hitman with his accomplice from air-force killed and
murdered SPO3 Antonio ‘Boy’ Delfin in Ormoc City, back in 2002. A vengeance
when ‘Boy Delfin’ attack the marines’ family in Naval. The accomplice was also murdered by the hitman
in Puerto Princeza. Nognog joined the
Marines way back 1979 in Ormoc City.
In the other hand, the blogger knows that Lemuel Sumabong is only a
dummy and the true assailant was a member of the Philippine Marines based in
Palawan. A perfect murder masterminded by Edgar Ocampo and his wife who
slipped-out the country before the incident. However, the hitman was also
killed after Edgar Ocampo refused to pay the murder contract on Sison and King’s murder cases, see
